London Marathon

A huge thank you to Michelle, Sardor, and Divina who ran the 2026 TCS London Marathon for World Villages for Children on Sunday 26 April 2026! This is the first time we have had three runners in the marathon and it is the best fundraising day we have had with the marathon ever.

We were all so amazed by the training effort, dedication and achievement of our runners. The Sisters and children were with them every step of the way in their challenge. “It was so inspiring that you made such a sacrifice for the welfare of our less privileged children”. (Sr Elena Belarmino).

Thanks to the efforts of our three runners, the funds raised will help more children to receive a place in school and a lifesaving chance to leave their lives of poverty.
