Our current Campaigns

The girls at Kisarawe Girlstown, Tanzania are passionate about playing football. However, they are forced to play on the concrete courts because there is no grass pitch to play on. This year, we are working on a project to build a football pitch at Kisarawe Girlstown to give the 900 girls a safe, grass field to play sports on.

Most children living in poverty grow up in homes without any books and parents who cannot read themselves. Poor quality education, or no primary education at all, contributes to low reading levels and illiteracy.

Low levels of reading comprehension directly impact a child’s ability to learn. In order to address learning poverty, we must address reading.

Children suffer with a range of dental health issues as a direct result of living in extreme poverty. Poor diet and lack of access to dental hygiene and care causes tooth decay and minor problems like cavities become big problems without treatment.
