Thank you for your amazing efforts this year!

Dear students, parents, teachers, and staff

We can’t thank you enough for your generosity towards all of our children this year! Our boys and girls in Tanzania made a video just for you for to say thank you for helping them access a good education.

We are forever grateful for your support through the Step for Change Sponsored Walk in September 2023, Christmas fundraising, World Book Day, and Highgate Giving Day. It really means the world to us!

Your generosity towards our children has really inspired us! We feel privileged to have you championing their cause and empowering them to participate in their own journey out of poverty.

The impact of your kind generosity

Without support like yours, we can’t give these children from the poorest communities the education they desperately need and so we are especially grateful that you chose to help them. You are giving children around the world the chance to access their human right to an education – and the impact will last a lifetime!

Your gifts add up to real change

You have seen a lot from our boys in Dodoma Boystown this year, they are so grateful for your support. Your donations this year have especially helped to give the children:

  • Food
  • Clothing and shoes
  • Education supplies and teaching
  • Safe shelter and medical care

and one of their favourite things – sports equipment and footballs!

You're the best!

We still have a long way to go to make sure that all children around the world who are born without the privileges we have can also have equal access to education – but thanks to your help, we are making progress.

We hope that you and your families will continue to keep our children in your hearts and minds, remembering how vitally important education is for children who are born into extreme poverty. We hope that one day you can see for yourself the tremendous thing you are doing.

As the school year comes to a close here in the UK, we hope that you have a wonderful summer holiday and that you feel refreshed and rested for next year. All of our children, the Sisters, teachers, and whole team at World Villages for Children wish you a very happy summer break!

Please keep giving your support and compassion, it makes a real difference in people’s lives.
