The partnership between Cofiño Stahl Toyota and Villa de los Niños, Guatemala
For the past 20 years, Cofiño Stahl Toyota and the Sisters of Mary at Zona 6 Boystown, Guatemala have partnered to help the children from our programmes find work after they graduate school.
The Sisters are careful to offer courses in vocational training, tailored to the skills-needs of the local economy, ensuring that there are jobs available for the children. The children learn auto mechanics and finish school with valuable skills.
Every year, Cofiño Stahl Toyota comes to the school and interviews students interested in joining the automotive industry and finding work after school.
Cofiño Stahl Toyota also helps fund the salary of one the auto mechanics course teacher, ensuring that Guatemala Boystown receive the best teaching and have the most up to date knowledge and skills to help them into jobs after school.
