A Christmas Message

To the children, the devoted Sisters of Mary, and all generous supporters to World Villages for Children,

The mystery of Christmas is that God has given us the greatest gift of all: His Son, Jesus. In His name, the simple gifts you receive are a sign of His boundless love for each one of you.

The joy of receiving presents reminds us of the greatest gift we have been given: our very lives, bestowed with unending love by our Heavenly Father. May these gifts remind us of this profound truth, and of why it is always more joyful to give than to receive.

Dear children, may you experience the joy and peace of the Christ Child this Christmas.

To the Sisters and all supporters, thank you for being instruments of God’s mercy and hope. You are remembered in my prayers.
